Deep Chill (Restorative)

This class moves slowly and focuses on gaining awareness of the breath and the connection between mind, body, and spirit, easing into gentle stretching and movement through poses that use gravity and body weight on the mat to engage the parasympathetic nervous system for rest and relaxation. Ideal for beginners or those with some physical limitations, my restorative yoga class incorporates sound healing for deep relaxation at the end of class. Join me on Tuesday nights at 7:30 pm at Flow Yoga - Anderson Ln. and Friday nights at 7 pm at Flow Yoga – Cedar Park for a Deep Chill restorative class, ending with the sounds of the Gong and Bowls.
