This class is intended to blend the healing frequencies of bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments with meditative practices such as pranayama (breathwork), mindfulness, guided visualization, and Yoga Nidra. Each class is slightly different, but the focus is to provide students with an opportunity to relax deeply, slow the thinking mind, and reset the nervous system.
